We offer 15+ years of design experience which includes working with custom home designers, architects, and clients. ​
With visually descriptive plans, clients are able to understand their home design.
The builder is able to clearly see the client's expectations.
Bids become more accurate and building period is shortened because of our detailed cross sections and 3d interior and exterior renderings.
Each house is drawn in 3d format to help the client better understand the spaces in their home.
Plans Include:
Schematic drawings of how the home will sit on the lot; bearing in mind views, sunlight, and lot specifications
Sketches and CAD drawings of floor plans and elevations
Black and white perspective drawings of exterior and interiors views
Cross Sections
Color and life like renderings can be provided upon request.
Rob Nyhof Design employs a team of well trained draftsman who undergo continual training.
We will work with the builder of your choice or one of our carefully vetted builders to ensure that your transition from design to build is seamless.
