Roof Plan 

    This is a simple layout of the roof which will be used by the truss company to come up with the truss package.

Framing Plan 

    This will include the basic layout of beams, headers and floor joist.   This does not include items that are required for engineering. Complex plans or plans which require engineering will be billed directly by the engineer or builder.

​

Shear Plan 

    This includes the shear schedule as required by the city.
